As someone who spends long hours in the office, I often experience soreness in my shoulders, neck, and lower back. Whenever I visit Shenzhen, I like to choose spas that focus on relaxation and relief. This time, I visited a spa near Guomao Station. The moment I stepped in, it felt like entering a dense forest. The tranquil environment, surrounded by trees, immediately put me at ease.
I opted for a 90-minute essential oil spa. After selecting my preferred essential oil, the session began with a milk foot bath, which left my feet feeling thoroughly clean.
In addition to the essential oil spa, the foot bath is one of their signature services. They have many private foot bath rooms, and further inside are rooms for full-body treatments. The overall ambiance is excellent, and the equipment and clothing provided are very clean.
The therapist focused on the areas I requested for extra attention. I found the pressure to be just right—strong enough to be effective. She quickly identified my most tense spots, and every movement was spot on. To be honest, it was quite painful at times, but I felt significantly relieved right after the session.
After the treatment, they offered seasonal fruits and a detoxifying herbal tea. The lounge area is very comfortable, and the staff are considerate and non-intrusive, which is a big plus! ❤️
