When you think of Ikaho, famous for its hot springs, you think of Mizusawa udon!

There are many Mizusawa udon restaurants lined up, but I went to the most popular one in the area, [Ganso Tamaruya] ✨ It's much larger than you'd imagine from the outside, and the parking lot is also large, so you can rest assured!

You can take a numbered ticket and wait in your car or in the waiting room inside the restaurant ♪

I was about 17th in line, but there are a lot of seats, so the turnover is very fast and I was shown to my seat in no time 🙌🏻

There are two large rooms separated by an aisle, so I was surprised at how spacious it is 🫢

There are many menus to choose from, but I ordered the Hotei Fukuzen, which is probably the signature menu 🥰

First, I tried the udon without dipping it in the soup, and it was chewy and firm, with a light saltiness and was very delicious 😋💕

Of course, the tempura was also crispy, hot and delicious! ! The atmosphere of the restaurant made me glad I came 😌🫶🏻
