[Ikaho Onsen Stone Steps/Gunma Prefecture] A fun path to walk

Ikaho Onsen Stone Steps Street in Shibukawa City, Gunma Prefecture

The stone steps of Ikaho Onsen have been in existence for over 400 years since the end of the Sengoku period.

It's 300m to the top of Ikaho Shrine, with 365 steps. It's much longer than I thought!

On both sides of the stone steps are inns, restaurants, and souvenir shops.

Going further past the shrine, you can see a red bridge.

The contrast between the Kawajika Bridge and the fresh greenery is incredibly beautiful, and the babbling of the river is soothing.
