Yamaguchi Travel: Yakiniku & Steak Specialty Restaurant

During my trip to Yamaguchi, I visited Shimonoseki and stayed at a hotel near Shimonoseki Station. Before checking in, I got hungry and decided to have lunch 🥰

Located just a 3-minute walk from Shimonoseki Station, this is a yakiniku & steak specialty restaurant 🥩 directly operated by a meat wholesaler.

──────────────
▶︎ Japanese Wagyu Chateaubriand 200g…4,600 yen
▶︎ Japanese Wagyu Filet Cube Steak 150g…3,000 yen
▶︎ Fried Shrimp…400 yen
▶︎ Yukgaejang (Spicy Beef Soup)…1,000 yen

Served sizzling hot on an iron plate 🤤🤤🤤

"Chateaubriand"
A rare cut with only 2kg available per cow.

It’s low in fat and light, yet packed with flavor ❤️

And it’s incredibly tender 🤤🤤🤤

As expected from a meat wholesaler-operated restaurant, considering the quality, the price is quite reasonable 🙆♀️

Lunch includes salad, wakame soup, and rice 🉐

Since I love spicy food, the Yukgaejang was also delicious ❤️
