During my trip to Yamaguchi, I visited a specialty mazesoba restaurant located just a 6-minute walk from Shimonoseki Station🚶♀️🍜

"Kanmon Mazesoba"
A classic flavor with a fragrant fish powder aroma.

"GANG Mazesoba"
Topped with homemade spicy and flavorful offal, it’s rich and spicy🔥. As a spice lover, this was my favorite♡

You can also customize the amount of garlic chives, green onions, garlic, and chili powder to your liking🙌 (Extra toppings are free).

For the finishing touch, I added "Extra Rice + Torched Cheese."

It was absolutely delicious❤️

Another unique feature of this place is that they serve carefully crafted drinks made by a bartender❣️

"Homemade Lemonade"
It was refreshing and helped reset my palate, which was great🙆♀️.

They’re open for both lunch and dinner, making it a great spot for lunch or a late-night meal🥰
