[Yamaguchi Trip] A coffee shop that catches your eye

When I went to Shimonoseki on a trip to Yamaguchi,
a big sign caught my eye along the road

It said "Home-roasted coffee bean store,"
so I wondered if they only sold beans? I thought so, and the place had an atmosphere of a stubborn old man with a beard, so I felt a little uneasy to go in, but I was curious, so I decided to go in❣️

As a result,

- It was a place where you could just casually enter
- It wasn't an old man, but a kind lady
- You could drink delicious coffee

The owner's older sister has been roasting coffee for 13 years

Using her knowledge and experience,

She was particular about the quality of the beans, the storage method, and the roasting
