Shina Soba Sawada is a hidden gem ramen shop located a little away from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku, where you can enjoy a bowl of traditional Chinese-style soba noodles updated with a modern twist🍜. Since it was a rainy day, I got in right away, but normally there seems to be a line🥹.
The atmosphere of the shop is calm and clean, making it easy for even women to come in alone♡. The service is polite, and you can enjoy a relaxed time focusing on the ramen itself.
Of course, they have regular ramen, but I chose the tsukemen with kelp water. The first thing that surprised me when it arrived was the beauty of the noodles. Not only do they look amazing, but the taste is outstanding as well. It was delicious even just eaten with salt🎶. I saw in reviews that the wontons are also delicious, so I ordered them, and the shrimp flavor burst in my mouth, making them very tasty🦐.
Shina Soba Sawada is a perfect hidden gem in Shinjuku for those who want to "slowly savor refined-tasting ramen" or "encounter a simple yet profound bowl."
