If you are travelling to Hualien, one thing you shouldn't miss is this placed called Hayaku where its situated at 974, Taiwan, Hualien County, Shoufeng Township right on the edge of the mountain side.
You will require to pay an entrance fee per pax, cars are not allowed up here so you are required to park downstairs and do a short steep hike up to this place.
Upon entering, you will be greeted with an amazing view of the Pacific ocean, unblocked view while enjoying your cup of coffee or dessert. These are exchangeable with the amount you paid for the entrance.
There are also many photogenic spots here, some even resembles London or Italy too! Do walk around the park and explore, also the entire area is free sitting if you want to just have a good tea while soaking in the surrounding views.
