Khao Yai Thiang Reservoir is located above Lam Taklong Dam in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. It is part of the large reservoir of Lam Takhong Dam.

There are bicycles for rent to ride and enjoy the atmosphere.
The reservoir has the largest wind turbine in Thailand to generate electricity, with a power generation capacity of up to 2,500 kilowatts, by the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand.
