We had an amazing time visiting the iconic Merlion in Singapore! The statue itself is a stunning symbol of the city’s rich heritage and modern vibrancy, representing strength and prosperity. The view from Merlion Park is simply breathtaking, especially with Marina Bay Sands in the background. It’s a great spot for taking photos and just soaking in the beauty of Singapore’s skyline. We visited during the night, and the illuminated skyline added an extra layer of magic to the experience. Clean and beautiful place, it can be over crowded most times and people trying to do all sorts of tricks trying to catch the water in their mouth etc hence taking a good picture needs patience as theirs a queue for the perfect spot. The area is well-maintained and accessible, making it a perfect place for a leisurely stroll. There are restaurants and sitting areas around so you can relax. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Singapore – the Merlion is a must-see landmark!
