Violet Oon is a famous local restaurant serving Nonya cuisine that pays homage to Singapore’s unique Peranakan heritage! The restaurant’s interior dons an emerald green theme throughout, blending ornate Peranakan tiles with contemporary designs.

They also sell jams and cookies with Singapore flavours in perfect sizes for travellers to squeeze into their carry-on luggage bags. I love that it isn’t that sweet, just the right balance!
