What I Eat in Singapore

Definitely going next time! ✈️

🍤 Trip Highlights:
✅ JUMBO Seafood – Chili Crab is the ultimate flavor explosion! 🦀🔥 Fresh sweet crab meat, the sauce is perfect over rice, and eating it with steamed buns is unbeatable.

🍜 Lenu – Braised beef noodles with a very rich broth, tender meat that melts in your mouth (but if you don’t like the smell of Chinese herbs, you might want to skip this).

🧋 LiHo Tea – Bubble tea that’s affordable, tastes great, and less sweet, perfect for Singapore’s hot weather!

🍲 Song Fa Bak Kut Teh – Spicy peppery broth that’s easy to drink, tender pork, and excellent side dishes.

🍞 Toast Box – Toasted bread with soft-boiled eggs and local coffee, perfect for a light breakfast before heading out.

🦐 Mellben Seafood – Tried the Crab Bee Hoon Soup, which is very rich in flavor, but if you don’t like strong crab aroma, it might be a bit overwhelming.

🍔 Shake Shack – Stopped by at Jewel Changi Airport before leaving, the burger was juicy and tender (but you can also eat it in Thailand; if short on time, maybe skip and try something else).

✨ Overall, this trip was all about indulging in both street food and famous restaurants.
Some places required lining up, some were found by chance but turned out surprisingly delicious!
