Singapore is a gourmet paradise, often referred to as the "food capital."
This time, I'd like to introduce three restaurants I personally visited and thought were a "must-try!" From classics to unique experiences, I hope these tips will help you plan your trip! ✨
🍖Song Fa Bak Kut Teh
📍 11 New Bridge Road, Singapore 059383
When it comes to Singapore's famous Bak Kut Teh, this is the place to go!
Song Fa is a long-established restaurant popular with both locals and tourists, and is actually a regular Michelin Bib Gourmand winner. ✨
The peppery soup was subtly spicy, and the tenderly braised spare ribs were exquisite.
The simple yet unforgettable flavor makes this a must-try on your next visit to Singapore!!!
🦀JUMBO Seafood _Riverside Point Branch
📍 30 Merchant Rd, #01-01/02 Riverside Point, Singapore 058282
When it comes to Singapore's famous "chili crab," JUMBO is the place to go!!!
This hearty and luxurious dish features a large crab smothered in a rich chili sauce. The flavor is simply exquisite, but be careful of the spiciness! 🌶️🔥
The punchy flavor will make you say, "Just like Singapore!" and it pairs perfectly with beer or a cold drink. Enjoying the night view of the riverside is also a great way to enjoy it.
🍍Golden Moments Durian Cafe
📍 11 Tanjong Pagar Plaza, #02-11, Singapore 081011
While strolling around Little India, it was so hot that I wanted to stop by a cafe, so I stopped by this unique experience spot.
The interior was a dazzling gold. ✨🤣 Surprisingly, it was a durian cafe.
I'm not a fan of durian, so I ordered a pineapple smoothie. However, the waiter gave me a gift of some durian choux (cream puffs) that he'd made, so I got to try them! ☺️
If you muster up the courage to try them, your travel memories will be forever enriched.
The classic Bak Kut Teh, the hearty chili crab, and the dazzling durian cafe. Singapore's cuisine is deep, and even a short stay was thoroughly enjoyed through the food. 🍴✨
