Jack’s Place is restaurant that serves western cuisine. Established in Singapore more than 5 decades ago, this place serves one of the best steak in Singapore. If you do not eat steak, all the other dishes are equally good! Their prices are reasonable and their portions are big!

It still preserves its green and white checkered design on its napkins, table, tablecloth and menu. Their service is good, they have this manual serving of garnishing on the diner’s plate according to that individual diner’s preference - this is what i like about this restaurant - there is a personal touch.

I personally love their mushroom and broccoli soup where you can taste the real ingredients in the soup. Compared with other places which only provides 1 slice of garlic bread with the soup, Jack’s Place maintains their standard of providing 3 slices.

My favourite dish is the carbonara pasta which has the caramelized onion umami and the bacon aroma in the pasta that just taste out of this world!
