Kopi Nalar Jakarta

I had a chat with the staff earlier; they mentioned that they used to sell from just a tent, but now they’ve got a proper building. Their coffee menu is still limited, but besides coffee, they also serve food. You can get *nasi kuning* and choose your toppings, like smoked *cakalang*, shredded *ayam rica-rica*, or shredded garlic chicken.
If you don’t want rice, they also offer fried or boiled noodles.
The place is fully outdoor. If you sit in the inner outdoor section, it feels like you're having coffee in the woods. It’s nice and cool, especially with the gentle breeze. With all the trees around, the ambiance doesn’t feel like Jakarta at all. I love it.
I tried the *nanaco*, an iced banana milk coffee. In my opinion, it’s the kind of drink anyone can enjoy not too strong, with just the right amount of sweetness for me.
I paired it with *nasi kuning* and smoked *cakalang*. The portion was just right for me, and it came with vermicelli, *sambal*, and crackers. You can add extras like eggs, but there’s an additional charge for that.
