Segovia’s Serving Fairytale Feels & Crispy Pig Dreams

#summervacay Segovia is like stepping into a living postcard, but with way better snacks. The first thing you see? A giant Roman aqueduct that looks like it shouldn’t even exist anymore, yet there it is, holding it down for 2,000 years. Wander a bit and boom: the Alcázar. It’s got turrets, towers, and full-on princess energy. Rumor has it it inspired Disney, and honestly, I believe it.

The old town is all cobblestone streets, colorful buildings, and little plazas where you can chill with a drink and people-watch for hours. And the food? Absolute legend. You have to try the cochinillo, roast suckling pig so tender they literally slice it with a plate. Not a knife. A plate. Unreal.

The vibe here is relaxed but full of charm. You don’t have to rush anything, just wander, eat, snap pics, repeat. Mountains in the distance, history on every corner, and a pace that makes you wanna stay forever. Segovia, you little gem, you totally get it.
