Even the steep slopes won't stop us|Guguan Seven Heroes~Bojin Ridge Trail

Located on the northern bank of the Dajia River, the Bojin Ridge Trail is ranked as the fourth peak among the Guguan Seven Heroes.⛰️

The name "Bojin Ridge" is derived from the Hokkien phrase "坡真陡" (po jin dou), which means "very steep slope," highlighting its challenging nature. The trail features an elevation gain of nearly 1,000 meters and is almost entirely uphill. A round trip takes approximately six to eight hours.😬

The trail offers diverse scenery, including zigzagging ascents, rope-assisted rocky sections, stone waterfalls, and forest stairways. It's a sweaty journey but one filled with a sense of accomplishment.💪

At the summit, the "Instagram-worthy Rock" near the triangulation point offers breathtaking views📷, with layers of majestic mountain ranges stretching into the distance. In the forest, there's a tree bench I call the "Queen's Throne," which serves as the gentlest reward.👸

Take a seat, brew a pot of hot tea🍵, and enjoy a bowl of instant noodles🍜 in the mountains. The taste is exceptionally fragrant and satisfying—truly a moment of happiness for hikers.❤️
