Atmosphere/Facilities: The atmosphere was so Japanese that it was hard to tell if it was Taiwanese or Japanese. There were plenty of tables, so we were able to sit down right away without having to wait. :-)
Key Points: This cafe offers a wide selection of teas and coffees, and you can even grab a bite to eat. If you're tired of shopping at Hayashi Department Store, this is the place to go!
