Tainan River Plaza

Hele Plaza was originally Chinatown. Later it was converted into a waterfront park. It is the largest waterfront plaza in downtown Tainan. Some old buildings are preserved in it, and the middle is converted into a shallow pool. The water is basically clean, and it is very suitable for bringing children to play in the water.
