Bopiliao Old Street

The community of Bopiliao was firstly formed back in early Qing dynasty. Since then, its history evolves as Taiwan went through different eras.
In 2009, Taipei City government finished the repairing process of Bopiliao Historic Block, and opened it up to the public.
Situated in one of the most prosperous areas, Mengjia, is at 173 Kangding Road, Wanhua District, and is open Tuesday to Sunday from 0900-1800. It is around 300 meters 4 minutes walk from Longshan Temple Met station (Bannan Line).
The arching verandas and red brown brick wall buildings witnessed the development of Mengjia and now have become a cultural and educational landmark.
Visitors can see well-preserved streets and traditional shop homes from the Qing period.
