During my Taipei trip, what surprised me most about Heart Village was how real and relatable it all felt. It’s not a flashy place—just honest slices of old Taiwan life. There’s something so comforting about seeing how families once lived, rested, and shared their days.

Even the signs and small exhibits were easy to follow and rich with meaning. I learned not only about military life but also about community and resilience. It’s not a touristy spot, but definitely one of the most meaningful places I visited in Taipei.
