Feel Tiny At The Staggering And Awe Inspiring Liberty Square In Taipei

Liberty square in Taipei is without a doubt one of the most awe inspiring places you can visit, the sheer scale of it is overwhelming. The Chiang Kai Shek memorial hall with its towering blue roof is the centrepiece of the square, it then has a long public square that’s flanked on either side by the National Concert Hall & National Theatre.

All three buildings are stunning and have such an amazing attention to detail, specifically the theatre and concert hall. The main gate is also a great spot for photos as you can frame the other buildings though the arches of the gate.

The park is great to wander around and has many smaller buildings to explore, the ponds and manicured gardens are beautiful too.

You can get off at Chiang Kai Shek memorial station of the MTR and follow the signs.
