The latest Capella steak restaurant in Taipei: EMBER 28

Capella should be the hotel that Taipei tourists and gourmets will be excited to explore in 2025. I chose the recent popular birthday date restaurant Flame 28, which features 28-day dry-aged top-grade steaks and fresh delicacies from the ocean. It is specially designed for you who have unique tastes. The incense of flames and embers, the high ceiling and the low-key luxury atmosphere are very popular. 😘

🄩The table distance is wide and the space is high. It is very relaxing as soon as you walk in. The low-key and soft lighting + a few crystal chandeliers above add a sense of ritual to the meal. šŸ’•The summer menu we had this time, with tea-scented Alishan Oolong Tea Bread, paired with nut white cheese cream, and appetizer fruit corn tower, is just the right start

šŸ’Æ It is a restaurant that gourmets who are straight to the heart will like. The open kitchen has always been my favorite design. I love the rich small roll soup with smooth white tofu. At the end, the thoughtful and special birthday cakešŸŽ‚, a wonderful time, I recommend it and want to come again🄰
