Taipei National Palace Museum 🏛️

The Taipei National Palace Museum, located in Shilin District, Taipei City, was established in 1965. It houses nearly 700,000 treasures of Chinese cultural and artistic heritage, including artifacts, paintings, calligraphy, and historical documents. These collections originate from the imperial collections of the Song, Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties, making it one of the world's four major museums.

The museum is renowned for its iconic artifacts such as the Jadeite Cabbage, the Meat-shaped Stone, and the Mao Gong Ding. It regularly hosts special exhibitions and educational activities. The architecture features a traditional Chinese palace style, complemented by the surrounding Zhishan Garden and Zhide Garden, which enhance the cultural ambiance.
