Taizhou Trip 1: Night cruise on Fengcheng River.

Board the cruise ship at the Guyanyunhe Square Wharf to start your night cruise on Fengcheng River.
Taizhou was known as "Phoenix City" in ancient times, which can be traced back to the Song Dynasty. Therefore, the moat of the ancient city was later renamed "Fengcheng River".
Taizhou was a coastal city in history, so "Wanghai Tower" is a must-see attraction on the tour route. It is tall, magnificent, and beautifully streamlined under the bright lights and sparkling water. Fengcheng River is one of the rare wide moats among many ancient cities, with the widest water surface reaching more than ten meters. It is said to be more than 11 kilometers long, connecting more than 30 scenic spots such as Wanghai Tower, Taoyuan, Meiyuan, and Old Street on both sides of the river.
It is quite special that there are live drama performances in some pavilions along the river, and there are also "Drunken Concubine" promotions on the bridge. When passing by "Liufang Teahouse", there are also some amateur performers performing in the pavilion by the river. It is said that Taizhou morning tea is also so lively, so I am looking forward to tomorrow morning's morning tea and Anita Mui Memorial Hall.

⛺[Travel Tips]: Taizhou is not a big city, so you can find a hotel to stay in, and it takes only ten minutes to get to the wharf. The night cruise takes less than an hour and is worth a visit.
🛬[Itinerary]: Weekend trip to Taizhou. Arrive in the afternoon and check in, find a Huaiyang restaurant for dinner, and visit Fengcheng River Scenic Area. You can arrange morning tea and visit Meiyuan and other scenic spots the next day.

🧡[Tips]: It is cool and windy at night, so keep warm.
