Experience fluffy snow at Shinhotaka Ropeway ❄️

Shinhotaka Ropeway and Snow Forest ❄️ If you have a chance to go to Takayama in winter, I would like to recommend adding a plan to go here. The snow is so fluffy 🌨️☃️ It is so beautiful. You can see the Japan Alps very clearly 🏔️

For those who want this view, I recommend checking the forecast on a day when it does not snow.
The sky is clear. The ropeway has 2 stations. The first station is a normal ropeway and the second station is a 2-story ropeway, the only one in Japan. ✨🚠

The entrance fee can be bought online from the website or you can buy it at the ropeway station. Prepare warm clothes because it is very cold up there, -7 degrees. 🥶🥶

Traveling to the ropeway by private car is the easiest way. The road is easy to drive on. There is a parking lot near the ropeway station. 🚖🚘 Or if you don't rent a car, there is a bus from Takayama city to here.
