A museum where you can learn about the Showa era from 1926 to 1989
Due to the recent retro boom, the museum seemed quite lively. There are also many foreign visitors.

As soon as I bought my ticket, I was transported back in time to the streets of the Showa era.
Each shop had posters and other items posted in detail, so I looked at them thoroughly.

Showa-era houses, beauty salons, restaurants, electrical appliance shops, hospitals, etc.
Each shop was packed with exhibits, but I think they would be new to the Heisei and Reiwa generations.
I never got bored looking at them.

The exhibits taught me about Japanese history and life at the time, so it was a museum that people of all ages could enjoy.
