Tangyin, Anyang—the birthplace of national hero Yue Fei—is home to the revered Yue Fei Temple. Passing through the ancient archway, we enter a solemn complex adorned with inscriptions praising Yue Fei’s loyalty. The Shi Quan Shrine features statues of traitor Qin Hui and others kneeling in eternal shame. Inside the main hall, Yue Fei’s imposing statue stands in military attire, beneath a golden plaque reading Return Our Rivers and Mountains-his lifelong vow. The temple also displays Yue Fei’s powerful calligraphy of Zhuge Liang’s Chu Shi Biao,blending martial valor with literary brilliance. A poignant tribute to Loyalty and Patriotism.
