Next to Gate C1 at Taoyuan Airport lies the "Muyu Forest Themed Lounge," a hidden gem embodying Taiwanese charm. More than just a place to wait for your flight, this is a haven for close encounters with nature, learning about local culture, and healing the mind and body. From the aroma of wood, the natural light, to the sights of native Taiwanese animals, stepping into this forest will surprise you with the sense of rite of passage: the very beginning!

🌳 Taiwanese Animals in the Forest
As you wander through the space, keep your eyes peeled for scaled-down wooden sculptures of Taiwanese blue magpies, sika deer, ibises, black bears, and more. Each one seems to quietly protect this verdant landscape, offering travelers a deeper understanding of Taiwan's ecology.

🪑 Warm Seats Made of Domestic Wood
The seating in the lounge area is crafted from solid woods like Taiwan fir, beech, and ebony. Each chair back is labeled with the wood's name, and the varying grain and texture tell a unique story about the forest. The chairs are ergonomically designed, featuring USB charging stations and a long wooden table for practicality and comfort.

🎵 Black Bear Forest Music Show: Shows every half hour
Performances: 6:00 AM–10:30 PM daily, on the hour and half hour
The specially designed "Black Bear Symphony Orchestra" performs three familiar melodies each show (such as "Four Seasons Red," "The God of Heaven Falls into the Water," and "The Sky Goes Dark"). The black bears sway to the music, transforming the otherwise boring wait into a heartwarming moment for the audience.
