The exotic swimming pool at the Howard Plaza Shihmen Reservoir Resort is a perfect escape from the summer heat!

With its pink walls, green tropical plants, and azure water, not only does it offer direct views of the Shihmen Reservoir and mountain scenery, but its semi-outdoor design means you can enjoy a refreshing swim even in such hot weather without worrying about the scorching sun. It's truly comfortable.

My last stay was in a brand new 16-ping executive suite. Two double beds faced two large floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing for ample natural light and allowing you to gaze directly at the mountains across the way from your bed. Opening the floor-to-ceiling windows onto the balcony offers a panoramic view of the lake. It's that luxurious feeling you get when you're in a real estate commercial with a "first-row lake view"!
