[Kitasaku] Sensui, a soba restaurant in Tateshina Town

I drove around Lake Shirakaba 🚙
I got lost and ended up at Lake Megami 💦

But why is it such a nice place ✨✨

A quiet, small, and charming lakeside that is a little different from the bustling tourist spots of Shirakaba Resort 🦢

I was hungry, so I visited the well-reviewed soba restaurant "Sensui". 🥣

When I went inside, there were lots of autographs of famous people on display, and I was excited to see how good it would be, so I ordered the omakase vegetable tempura and zaru soba.

The noodles were a little thin but had a good bite, and the tempura made with local vegetables was crispy and quite delicious 😋❣️

And the soba soup was the best I've ever had. It may have been because it was past 1:30, but the soup was rich and creamy💧
I couldn't help but want a second helping😋

My body and mind were warm☺️

Above all, the staff were polite, and there were many young people with gentle manners working there, all wearing stylish homemade T-shirts. 👕

The interior was bright and clean, and there were small flowers in the vase in the bay window. 🌸
This kind of attention to detail made it one of the places I want to visit again☺️
