Seascape Villas and Bayview Villas, which opened in July 2024, offer a new experience of being surrounded by the forest and sea in the nature of Amami Oshima. Built on stilt foundations, the wooden villas have a cave-like feel as if they are floating above the trees, and are filled with natural light pouring in through arched windows, with an exterior that blends in with the surroundings.

Seascape Villa comes with a private pool, where you can enjoy a view of the horizon while enjoying the ocean view. Meanwhile, Bayview Villa offers a panoramic view of the bay through the forest from inside the room, and you can also enjoy a natural bath in the outdoor bath.

The interior is made of natural materials such as collinwood, carbonized cork, Basho washi paper, and luminous shell, and the contrast between the cave-like silence and the sound of the waves heard on the terrace creates a comfortable sense of calm. The house is characterized by its eco-architecture that respects the surrounding ecosystem, with a resource-saving design using environmental surveys and panel construction methods.
