This stylish restaurant opened on November 1st.
The atmosphere is nice, and the food is delicious. And it's not too expensive either. It was really good!
The fresh pasta noodles are kneaded that day and lined up in the display case, but you can choose your sauce and your favorite noodles.
There are apparently 150 different combinations of sauce and noodles.
Lasagna Ette Festnate is apparently the only place in Japan that serves fresh noodles.
[What I ordered]
•Organic pasta bagna cauda (even the mayonnaise is organic)
•Pasta: potato, asparagus, bacon pesto
•Classic Bismarck prosciutto
•Fresh Chilean mussels and clams steamed in white wine
•Today's fresh fish (today it was tilapia) and orange carpaccio with caviar pepper
•Chicken liver confit
•Smoked steak of Yonezawa pork shoulder loin from Yamagata Prefecture
•Free-range egg crema catalato brulee
•Classic tiramisu
•Milk gelato with salt and olive oil
•Apple botanical Aperol spritzer
•Tochiotome sparkling wine
•Fresh Unshu mandarin sour
•40 types of nature wine
All the dishes were delicious, but I liked the pasta the most.
