[Tokyo] A spectacular collaboration of early-blooming cherry blossoms and mimosas at Kuramae Shrine

The nearest station is Kuramae Station on the Toei Oedo Line and Toei Asakusa Line.

The shrine is about a 5-minute walk from either station.

When the cherry blossoms and mimosas are not in bloom, Kuramae Shrine is a quiet shrine where few people stop by unless they are there to worship.

The grounds are not very large.

However, from late February to March, the small grounds are filled with the full bloom of spring.

The grounds are filled with vibrant yellow and pink, and are bustling with people who have been waiting for this.

I visited on March 6, 2024.
The cherry blossoms were in full bloom.

There is still time to visit this year, so please be sure to visit.
