Delicious Pancakes at SATSUKI

I had the chance to visit SATSUKI at the Hotel New Otani Tokyo on a weekday afternoon with a friend, and it was such a treat.

Despite being in a 5-star hotel, the restaurant has a laid-back, casual vibe that makes you feel right at home.

We ordered the strawberry pancakes, and they were simply divine—super fluffy and perfectly sweet.

Watching them cook right in front of us added to the experience!
