Tokyo🌸Understanding the secrets of the cherry blossom viewing spots

Looking for a less crowded and beautiful cherry blossom viewing spot in Tokyo? I highly recommend Kawarabori, a place for couples to stay! From Shinjuku, take the Odakyu Line to Noborito Station in just 20 minutes. Get off and walk for ten minutes to encounter this cherry blossom viewing spot.

Although Sukugawara Station is physically closest to this place, you need to transfer at Noborito Station. It is more convenient to walk directly from Noborito Station.

Along the banks of the Sukukawa Harabori River, nearly 2 kilometers of road are covered with cherry blossoms. During the cherry blossom season, the riverside viewing platform is filled with local residents who come to enjoy the flowers. After the sun goes down, the riverbank is lit up, adding a mysterious atmosphere to the romantic cherry blossoms. It is recommended to bring a picnic mat in the afternoon and enjoy a relaxing time under the cherry trees, taking photos and having a picnic, which is a great atmosphere.

The cherry blossoms here usually bloom in late March and early April. When I went to shoot on April 7, 2024, some green leaves had already emerged. You can plan your trip in advance. It would be a pity to miss the cherry blossoms here🌸
