This shop is actually produced by "Hakkoku," a renowned sushi restaurant in Ginza 🍣
Of course, the tuna is from Yamayuki 😍
I chose from the menu using a touch panel, but I was torn for a while because I wanted to try so many things, haha
You can also add raw egg or extra toppings!
The interior is designed like a high-end sushi restaurant, with the scent of cypress creating a great atmosphere 🙌🏻
The red miso soup is delicious too!!
There are many foreign customers as well, making it a hidden gem 👏🏻
