Imakatsu is a hot spot known as Choo Sung-hoon’s favorite restaurant in Tokyo. It has locations in Roppongi, Ginza, and Akasaka, and I have visited the Roppongi main branch and the Ginza branch.

Imakatsu’s signature dish is chicken tenderloin cutlet made from chicken breast. Many might think that a cutlet made from chicken breast would be dry or tasteless.

However, Imakatsu’s cutlet is very moist and tender inside. Choo Sung-hoon said that after one bite of the chicken tenderloin cutlet, he felt like he could eat more than 10 pieces, and when you actually try it, it’s very light and soft, so you keep eating without getting tired of it.

Highly recommended for those looking for great restaurants in Tokyo or Roppongi.
