Have you ever eaten tonkatsu without dipping it in sauce?

Today, I’m going to take you to try a type of tonkatsu that many people have never had before 😍

Some might not be sure if it’s delicious because I was one of them 🤭 But a trip companion recommended this place, saying it’s an original restaurant that they’ve been eating at since studying in Japan!! Omg, how could we miss it?

The restaurant is near Senso-ji Temple, just a 170 m walk.

Mainly at our table, we had cheese tonkatsu and miso tonkatsu. It was amazingly delicious without needing any sauce. Even friends who usually need sauce admitted it was really good. The batter is thin and crispy, the pork is tender, and the tonkatsu’s own sauce is very tasty 🐽
