We will participate in afternoon tea at a Japanese-style hotel in the heart of Tokyo that gives off the sentiment of Kyoto. It takes about 10 minutes on foot from Meguro Station, but the building is located in a low-lying area, so it is difficult to walk. There is a hotel shuttle bus.
It is convenient because you can easily go back and forth by bus. When you enter the 1st floor, they kindly take care of your suitcase. It is like a hot spring hotel or a large resort-type ryokan, and the arcade extends long and narrow around the garden.
I am surprised by its considerable size and admire its beauty. There are restaurants on both sides. This lounge also serves afternoon tea, but for Christmas, it is also open at the teppanyaki restaurant Kanade Terrace, so I choose this place.
You can see the bar seats, and it is spacious but private, so it feels similar to the 1st floor lounge of The Plaza Hotel in Seoul City Hall. It is a popular wedding photo spot, like the Shilla Hotel Yeongbin Hall, where many people take wedding photos.
The afternoon tea consists of 3 types of savory and 8 types of sweets, so it was mainly dessert-centered, so I assigned it to the second round. Nomihodai was prepared in one cup, so I could choose 3 cups. The desserts were really pretty.
I really liked the finger food size that was easy to eat in one bite. It was nice to see everyone happily spending the New Year's Eve afternoon. It's a place with an overflowing charm of space. The food was also quite delicious.
It was a hotel with a service that exuded omotenashi everywhere. Isn't it the most unpretentious place in Tokyo~~~! It was an impressive moment with a leisurely feeling that seemed to stop time. Even the ceiling was pretty. Thank you.
