The salty soy milk has a mild soy milk flavor that is delicious. It was also nice to change the taste by adding chili oil on top.
Youtiao is like Taiwanese fried bread, and I was curious so I tried it as a topping. When soaked in the salty soy milk, it absorbed well and was delicious.
