The "Nitten" exhibition, held at the National Art Center, Tokyo in the fall of 2023, is one of Japan's largest open exhibitions, bringing together five categories: Japanese painting, Western painting, sculpture, craft art, and calligraphy. Marking its 10th anniversary under a new format, this year's exhibition featured approximately 3,000 diverse works by artists from young to veteran, providing a rich experience of the depth of contemporary Japanese art. Extensive viewing tours and explanatory sessions were also available, ensuring that even first-time visitors could enjoy the exhibition with ease.
