Menchirashi – Tokyo, Japan

I think many of you have probably seen reviews of this udon restaurant, or perhaps someone has followed in Mae Chom's footsteps. 🍜 I actually went there a while ago and was hesitant to review it, as I'm personally pretty indifferent. 😐 But it's a personal preference, so I don't get dramatic! But I'm reviewing it in case anyone wants to try it, as it's incredibly popular! This restaurant is called Menchirashi. They serve fresh udon noodles, made fresh by the chef himself. Their signature dish is the Cabonara✨, which comes with raw egg and bacon 🥚🥓 and is topped with cheese 🧀. It's priced at 900 yen. As I mentioned, it's delicious, but nothing spectacular. It gets a bit greasy after a while, I tell you! 😅 // Another dish I ordered was the Kitsune, which is a large sheet of fried tofu. You can choose between hot or cold udon. It's priced at 800 yen. I was so-so, even though I don't know if I should review it, lol. Everyone has different tastes, after all. My favorite udon restaurant is Tsuru Ton Tan!!!
Where are you? Anyone who's tried it, come and talk with us in the comments! 🙌🏻 I'll post the location here, in case anyone can't resist the hype and wants to try it. Actually, the line at this restaurant is really long, but I went around 5 p.m., before everyone had dinner, so the line wasn't that long. #omotesando #traveljapan #japan #menchirashi
