Exhibition Overview
This large-scale exhibition rediscovers the world of Katsushika Hokusai, the genius Edo-period ukiyo-e artist, as a "fountainhead of contemporary culture." Approximately 400 works will be on display, including his masterpieces "Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji" and "Hokusai Manga," as well as original drawings, illustrations for reading books, and rare works on public display for the first time.
