A lounge on the top floor of the Imperial Hotel Main Building.
It faces Hibiya Park and the moat of the Imperial Palace, so the view is great during lunch hours.

When I visited, I had cheesecake.
It was a rare cheesecake with a sweet and slightly sour taste that was delicious.
