Tashkent Samarkand

I went to Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, and Samarkand, a famous tourist destination!

-I was surprised at how cheap the prices were. A taxi ride costs ¥100 to ¥500. Tourist fees and souvenirs were also very cheap. (However, be careful of rip-offs targeting tourists)

-In Samarkand, you can see a lot of scenery that you can't see in Japan! If you like world history, this is a must-visit spot.

-In Uzbekistan, plov is famous. At the "Plov Center" (also known as Besh Qozon) near the TV tower, you can eat plov cooked in a large pot.

-People tend to think that Uzbekistan is unsafe, but that's not true at all. If you take minimum precautions such as being careful of pickpockets, I think you can enjoy sightseeing a lot. As long as you don't go out very late at night, there will be no problem with security.
