Upper Barrakka Gardens is a public garden located in Valletta, and is a sister garden to Lower Barrakka Gardens (Il-Barrakka t'Isfel) in the same city.

From this garden, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Grand Harbour ⚓️ and the Three Cities. The garden is located on the upper level of the St. Peter and Paul Fortress, which was built in the 1560s. There are gun turrets on the lower level of the fortress. The stepped arch of the garden was built in 1661.

There are several monuments and memorials in the park to commemorate many outstanding figures. This garden is the highest point of the city wall, so from the platform on its edge, you can clearly overlook the Grand Harbor, the Three Sisters, the shipyard and other low-lying areas of the capital.

The view from this garden is very rich and vast. It is very easy to see the Three Sisters (Vittoriosa, Senglea and Cospicua) on the opposite bank and the port of Valletta. It is one of the famous landmarks and tourist attractions. There are many seats in the garden for people to rest and enjoy the magnificent scenery☺️
