You can enjoy cherry blossoms even if you are not in Japan

As someone who has always admired cherry blossoms in Japan, I never imagined that I could also see beautiful cherry blossoms in Vancouver, Canada! And there are not just one kind but several colors.
This was my first trip of the year. I arrived in Vancouver on April 11th. As soon as I arrived, my friend took me to see the cherry blossoms in the east of Vancouver. There was a pure white cherry tree in full bloom.
The next day, we went to Elizabeth Park to enjoy the cherry blossoms. The cherry trees in the park were relatively large, and I believe they were also relatively old, so the cherry blossoms on the trees were in full bloom. The cherry blossoms here were my favorite light pink color, which made me very excited and I took a lot of photos!
On the third day, we went to Granville Island. I didn’t know there were cherry blossoms there until I saw them by accident near the parking lot. Those cherry blossoms were different, with smaller, more pink trees, but when several of them together, they were really beautiful!
This trip to visit friends was really a surprise!
