A trip to Wakayama, where we ride the train to find the cat stationmaster.

#AdventureTrip

🚞 If you're planning a trip to Osaka, we recommend
taking a trip out of the city. This time, we'll take you to meet the
cat stationmaster in Wakayama City.

The journey from Namba Station to Wakayama City takes about an hour.

🎗️ When you arrive at Wakayama Station, purchase the Wakayama 1-Day Pass.
You can use it for both trains and buses all day. Just riding back and forth,
the cats are worth more than the price of the pass. You can check the bus schedules
for each type of train, in case you don't want to miss any trains. There are
4-5 different train lines, and you can hop on and off any train
on this route.
- Our first stop is Daikasiko Station, where there's a cat stationmaster named Gotama. (Check the schedule before you arrive.)
- Then, we continued on to Kishi Station, where we met the cat stationmaster named Nitama. This is the main station on this route. (Check the schedule before coming.) That means we met two cat stationmasters. It was totally worth it!

🫜 Returning from the train station to Wakayama Station,

Our starting point took almost half a day. We then walked
around, exploring Wakayama City, taking in the scenery, and wandering

until we reached "Wakayama Castle." We planned to see the cherry blossoms,
but missed out because they arrived later than us. We'll definitely visit Wakayama again when we have the chance.
