▼Omakase course
Here are some of the course dishes.
・Spinach and Turban Shell Salad
A heartwarming soup made with home-grown spinach and Wakayama-grown turban shells. The slight bitterness and umami of the spinach are highlighted, and the richness of the sea and the unique texture of the turban shells are perfectly balanced in this dish.

Young Shoots and Wakame
A salad made with fresh sprouts from the sea and fields, with vibrant colors and a refreshing aroma that will captivate you. Wakayama-grown wakame and home-grown kale lightly tossed in a vinegar butter sauce is a heart-warming taste that makes you feel the arrival of spring.

Stone Snapper and Green Onion and Celery Root
A dish made with a generous amount of Wakayama-grown stone snapper, home-grown green onions, and celery root. The ingredients are enveloped in multiple sauces, and the gorgeous colors of the marigolds add a nice accent. The deep flavor and texture of the celery root create a memorable taste.

Owner and chef Kobayashi Kanji grew up in a part-time farming family in Wakayama Prefecture, and after four years of experience in Italy, he opened this restaurant in 1998.

This famous restaurant is visited by foodies and chefs from all over the country as an opportunity to learn. In addition to a special dining experience, you can also enjoy the warm hospitality of the owner chef and a memorable time spent in harmony with nature.
